Babies are full of dreams of what they’re going to do, be, see when they grow up.

 They see the chance to make a healthful life change, do more suggestive work, rise to an individual challenge, change their way of life with a fast weight loss diet plan.

The neighbour gets a smile, a giggle that claims, “You can’t do that”, a foot lengthy list of all of the issues and obstacles and 50 reasons why they may never make it and are better off to remain where they are. They lose all their excitement and self confidence and start to think about all of the reasons why they will not succeed this time, when they have failed before, rather than the explanations they can achieve success in their new active life plan.

Remember, the simplest thing to find on earth is somebody to inform you everything you can’t be. Some straightforward changes can make all of the difference to the long term health of your body.

What you drink and eat gives your body the fuel and energy to do all of the physical and psychological activities that you do each day. What share of your present diet gives you energy efficient, nutrient rich food? Try keeping a diary for a week then analyse where your major energy and body fuel comes from. Select meals and nibbles that are kind to your body. Dodge foods that are over processed, stored too long, high is sugar or fats. These are ‘dead’ foods without much to offer nutritionally.

You require between 18-35 gms of fibre a day. Fibre, along with water, is vital for correct digestion.

 

If you have a dream of a new you give it an opportunity to occur.

It is that belief in your dream that makes it into a fact. Some proposals are Susan Jeffers, Paul Hanna, Anthony Robbins and Jim Rohn. Spend at least 30 minutes a day nutritive your dream.

Believe in yourself and you’ll make your dreams a fact.
